American Home Shield assigned A/C Rescue to my seasonal heating tune up. JUST in time, I might add. I had already turned on the heat a couple days before. The technician, Sonny, found a huge gas leak in the system and patched it up for me. Normally they would have had to go through the paper work and proper channels to do so, but he didn’t think twice and just did it because it was that bad. He possibly saved my life. I can’t thank them enough for doing their job thoroughly and taking care of me. THANK YOU!

Valentin did a great job with servicing our AC.I read reviews based on AHS service calls so I was a bit skeptical, but I have no complaints. He came ahead of schedule and was professional. I needed a capacitor, the install was quick and easy and he checked everything else out in a timely manner. I certainly appreciate the great customer service.
Shawn and Chris rescued our family with excellent service by restoring our AC unit. They were both very kind, but what I appreciated most was that they were very knowledgeable about their work and they allowed me to ask a few questions about how I could maintain our units better. I highly recommend AC Rescue and their staff is fantastic.
They have come out to the house twice and each time fixed what we needed. They were honest, timely and professional each time. Other companies tried to sell us a new unit, but they fixed the issue. Great job!!

Kenny serviced 3 of our rental homes and we’ll use him again. He answered my many questions. The tenants and their dogs liked him. I called my wife afterwards to say how much I liked him. One home had an older capacitor, and he showed me the readings and if I wanted it replaced.
